Observation

0215 (a)(ii) Diaper ointmnents and some of the bottles of sun screen in the classrooms are not all labeled with first and last names. 0215 (3)(c) Sunscreen was left in the hallway near the door to outsdie that was not made inaccessible to children. (This was removed and put in the office while licensor was on site) 0215 (3)(c) Sunscreen was left on the art cart in the far corner of the lunch room / school age room making it accessible to children. (This was removed and put in the office while the licensor was on site, they will find a location to store this out of reach of children in a way that makes it inaccessible).
